The most enjoyable thing for me to do is go out and sit in a really nice cafe and sip a delicious cup of coffee. I make sure at least once a week I take myself out, perhaps with a friend or two, sometimes to a place I am familiar with or to try somewhere new and exciting. I will travel the length and bredth of the place to find that delicious, aromatic cup of the addictive stuff.

Coffee is prepared from roasted seed called coffee beans of the coffee plant. Seeds are roasted to various degrees, depending on the desired flavour. They are then ground and brewed to create coffee. Coffee can be prepared and presented in a variety of ways.

Coffee was the top agricultural export of 12 countries in 2004 and in 2005, it was the world's seventh largest agricultural export by value.
